Traditional Herbal Recipe for Kids

1. Relieves fever, cough, and runny nose

Grate the shallots, add eucalyptus oil, then spread on the back to the buttocks while a little massage. Also on the navel and crown. To drink: one cup of coconut water plus 1 teaspoon of honey, stir, then steam. After cold, give the child 3 teaspoons every 2 hours. This herb is given to babies 8 months and above. If the age of children under 8 months, enough with breastfeeding or the mother who drank the concoction.
For children above 2 years old, use a mixture of turmeric and honey water. Burn one turmeric finger segment, scraped the skin, grated, then given 1/2 cup boiled water, squeeze, then precipitate. 2. Flatulence

3. Diarrhea

Provide 1/2 segment of turmeric that has been cleared burned, cut into pieces, 7 young leaves of guava, 2 cups water, and 1/4 teaspoon salt, boil on low heat. Drink the water, 1 teaspoon once an hour. To expel the gas, the belly button is covered with grated onion which has been given telon oil. For children who are already rather large, it is also possible to chew finely the shoots of guava leaves that are already clean plus salt and then swallow.

4. Vomiting

Vomiting can be caused by stomach nausea or bloating. Provide 1/2 teaspoon of coriander, 3 cardamom grains, 5 black fennel grains, and half a glass of water. Then boil it. After being cold, give it to the child a little, as often as possible or every 2 hours.

5. Coughing

Provide 1 tablespoon of lime juice plus 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of boiled water. Put in a cup and steam. After a little cold, can be drunk 1-2 teaspoons. Give 5 times a day.

6. Coughing up phlegm

Mix 1 tablespoon of ginger water, 1 tablespoon turmeric water, 1 grated garlic, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon honey, and 3 tablespoons of boiled water, then steamed. Taken 3-4 times a day 2 teaspoons.

7. Red eyes

Place 3 pieces of betel leaves that have been washed in the bowl container. Brew with hot water. After the water is cold, ask the child to blink his eyes in the water.

8. Thrush

Take a ripe tomato, brew with hot water and peel the skin. Blend the tomatoes using a spoon, strain and add a little sugar. Give it to children.

9. No appetite
